Website callsea.app: no cookies, no tracking analytics. We only process data you volunteer by e-mail, to handle your enquiry and schedule a demo.

Platform panel.callsea.app: user account data and — as a processor acting for our B2B clients — campaign content: call transcripts and evaluation results, governed by the data processing agreement.

3. Legal bases

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Servers are located in Germany; transcription and AI models run in the EU region. See our data architecture.
