Yes. Reports are configured per campaign, each with its own schedule and recipient list. Dashboard access is governed by the permission system: personal, campaign and organization levels.
Can I analyze the data outside CallSea?
Yes — data export with field selection plus webhooks and a REST API let you feed results into your own BI tooling.
