Integrations without an IT project: SFTP, webhooks and a REST API

CallSea plugs into the calls you already record — no PBX replacement, no quarter-long IT project.

Recordings come in by themselves

The simplest route is SFTP: your phone system drops recordings into a directory, and CallSea scans it cyclically and ingests new files. For full control there’s a REST API — push recordings with metadata (agent, campaign, time) exactly when you want.

Results go where you work

Webhooks deliver evaluation results to your systems the moment they’re created — CRM, data warehouse or internal tools. Add data export with field selection and scheduled e-mail reports.

Order: campaigns and permissions

Calls are organized into campaigns — separate projects with their own language, criteria and team. Permissions work on three levels (personal, campaign, organization), so everyone sees exactly the slice of data that concerns them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to change my call center system to use CallSea?

No. CallSea consumes recordings your current system already produces — via an SFTP directory or the REST API. The only change on your side is where the files land.

How does an integration start?

Typically with SFTP: configure recordings to land in a directory, CallSea scans it automatically, and you see the first results in the panel the same day. API and webhooks come in when you want results in your own systems.
